The rules of business have changed and whether you work in a small company or large the primary rule is to treat people better and they will be better workers. Among the tips: be unique and not a robot – do not conform to the corporate sterotype. Workplaces also need to be mindful of their employees’ families and helping them to keep a work-family balance… So damn true!
