What the article is about is a new tool that was developed for jazz musicians. The jazz musicians are linked together by what looks to be inspiration to other jazz musicians. When you hover over a musician it gives you a description of the musician and if you click them it centers your view on them and then has other musicians around that one, and you can see how they are linked to that musician by hovering over the other ones.
