For my daily audiophile blog roundup I want to share this article I came across on Bobby Owsinski’s blog. When going to a recording studio most people assume all they need is the shirt on their back and their instrument (assuming they’re not the vocalist). This isn’t necessarily true, to be as comfortable as possible you might also consider a light jacket (studios tend to be more towards the cold side), your most comfortable shoes (you’d probably be standing the majority of the time), a drink, earplugs, a camera, and something to keep you entertained until the magic happens.
