John Watson is a tutor at Point Blank, an award-winning music production school in London. In this video Watson provides an overview of his music background and describes how he eventually landed in the world of music production. He discusses differences between his method of learning the profession (self-taught) and how courses are conducted today with the new technologies available to students. Watson has worked with such entities as the BBC, Channel 4, and Sony’s BMG record label.
