Steve Howe is heading just west of Woodstock, New York, for the first ever Cross Styles Music Retreat, to be held in the Catskill Forest Preserve. From August 19-23, at the Full Moon Resort, Howe and other instructors will show guitar players of all ages, abilities, and genres, new skills, techniques, and ideas. The training camp will include jam sessions with Howe and other instructors.

There may be apps that do that. You can definitely find spectrum analyzers that will measure ultra low.
Is there an APP that can measure the ultra low frequency levels?
