After successfully funding Pono through Kickstarter, musician and environmentalist Neil Young is back with a fundraising campaign with Rainforest Connection to fund saving the rainforest. Rainforest Connection uses sound and old cellphones to identify threats and protect the forest from poaching. They intend to first implement their system in Brazil if they reach their fundraising goal. Aside from his active environmental work, Young is currently touring Europe with Crazy Horse.
