Reaper does not have a MP3 converter, so begin by downloading Lame. Then check the qualities of the master, such as maximum peak amplitude, rate conversion, highest resolution and then convert to 24-bit/44.1kHz after sample rate conversion. The audio file is now in a high quality MP3 format!
