I’m having new windows in my house so now is the opportunity to improve the accoustics of studio room. The options are double glazing with laminate totalling 28mm (glass and gap) or triple glazing with or without laminate totally 44mm (glass and gaps). Does anyone know roughly how much db improvement there would be with the triple glazing over the double glazing?
