Ok Dennis looking forward to be educated on this subject…..I’ve had my sound system stored away for over a year now, and hopefully will have a room to set it up soon. Been following you on YouTube for quite awhile and fully understand the importance of treating the room properly, so glad I found you, now I get it…..first question, I use Magnapan MMG’s how does that effect the use of diffusion on the front wall(behind the speaker) in my 2 channel listening room , don’t have dimensions yet.

Hi Bert, With planars, you have to be careful with side wall rates and levels of absorption . Our 1″ foam would have the proper rates and levels. I would put diffusion on the rear wall with planars.
