Ok, so I’m looking to build a new home, so I can pretty much design from scratch. Since I’m in the planning phase, any suggestions would be appreciated.
7.1.2 System, Yamaha Advantage 2070 with JBL ES 90 mains, ES25C centre & ES10 Surrounds and a 12” JBL ES 150P/230 Powered LFE Sub with a (55” Sony A1) – will eventually purchase the overheads when needed
Width – 5.85m (19ft 2in)
Length – 8m (26ft 3in)
Height – 2.7m (8feet 10.3 in)
If these figures are accounted, according to IEC room dimensions they should be spot on acoustically. Am I right? (Based on Trevor Cox Recommendations, 2004)

LP is at 38% or at 3.04m
Please ignore the windows, only put on the original plans to look good, they’re up for changes. Thinking high windows.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
