Hi Dennis,
The download for the BDA Plans has many blank pages.
Seems it’s just photos and drawings.
No pages of text, no instructions, nor bill of materials.
Do you have a version of the book with the necessary text?

There seems to be an issue with viewing the plans in some browsers. Please download the file to your desktop and open it using the latest version of Adobe Reader (https://get.adobe.com/reader/), all text should show up. Please let me know if this resolved the issue.
