G’day all.
we’re looking for assistance in designing a stainless steel rod-like device that uses either transducers or electromagnetic actuators. The goal is to deliver these waves efficiently into a 1000 L round shaped tank while preventing unwanted vibrations from transferring to the tank walls.
Key Requirements:
Wave Delivery: The transducers or actuators need to be embedded in the stainless steel rod in a way that ensures effective wave propagation into the liquid inside the tank. is there possible and if so, what do i need to be mindful of?
Anti-Vibration Mechanism: A component is required to isolate vibrations and prevent them from transferring to the tank structure. how can i prevent vibration to the tanks and causes structural damage. is silicon a material i can use?
Hope i make sense here and thank you
