proper diffusion-Acoustics Forum-Acoustic Fields Forum

Hi, I have a doubt about position of diffusers. I´ve got a rectangular room, but the position of the speakers is perpendicular to the room lenght ( the graph I´ve uploaded will show this). My question is if the diffusers will do the work properly ) calculating the reflection angle by means of the mirror trick), or if I will have any kind of distortion, given that a part of early reflected sound will go on to hit the wall beyond the diffusers.
