P, Yes, use material that has a density of at least 2 lbs / cu. ft. Make sure you wear a mask when working with this material. It is toxic.

M, You can use 200 kg / m3. Metal boards will work. make sure perforations are min. 6 mm on 25 mm centers.
Hi Dennis, can you please clarify what density to use? The specified densities are not the same, 2 lb/ft3 to kg/m3 = 32.03693 kg/m3.
Hi Dennis – I just wanted to check if you have any other shipping options for your acoustic foam . I’m in Australia and the distance and our weak dollar isn’t helping! Thanks ~ Mark
