Lindsey Stirling’s hip hop violin was a hit on America’s Got Talent’s 5th season. Since then, she has gained enough of a following to go on a 55-city tour. Engineer Rob McWhorter mixes Stirling’s sound live during the performance. McWhorter uses his expertise to make each piece sound authentic, because it is performed live. At the same time, McWhorter makes sure the power in each piece is communicated to the audience.
